Thailand Expat's Forum
I have created an Thailand Expat's Forum to provide a more "laissez faire" environment for the more experienced Thailand members. Ideas expressed Therein may be strongly opinionated and might possibly offend some casual readers. Forum Members who are offended by said exchanges should direct their attention to the more traditional Thailand Forum.

Thread Notification Reset
Thread Notification is a feature in which Forum Members may set the Forum to alert them by email when there is a new report in specified threads.
Lately, the number of returned emails from these Notifications has reached an epidemic level, compelling me to cancel all Notifications setup more than 30 days ago. Forum members with valid email addresses may now reset Thread Notifications to continue receiving these notices as desired. Thanks, Jackson
Subscription Sponsorship Program! (02-23-08)
To alleviate the issue of the Forum Members who wish to contact other members who are apparently unable to afford a subscription, I have created the Subscription Sponsorship Program, wherein any Forum Member may purchase a subscription for another member simply by entering the impoverished member's username in the Subscription Form.
Easy Photo Uploading (04-17-07)
To make the process of uploading photos more user-friendly, I have simplified the directions for both resizing and uploading photos. Please click here to review the new Photo Resize & Uploading Directions.
I have also identified and reviewed several free, easy-to-use websites where you can resize, rotate and crop photo files as needed. If you haven't uploaded your photos because they were too large, then please try out one of these free websites. Thanks, Jackson

Revised Photo Guidelines (05-06-06)
I have revised the forum's photo posting guidelines to reflect the difficulties of policing the limitations on professional photographs and photos alledgely lifted from other websites. The revised policy is as follows:
1. Professional photos of escorts copied from escort websites will now be acceptable for posting in The Forum.
2. Except for escort photos, professional photos and photos copied from other websites are not permitted. However, suspect photos will not be investigated unless I am contacted by the original photographer or the webmaster directly.
If you suspect that another forum member is posting professional photos or photos copied from other websites, you are encouraged to challenge them in The Forum.
3. Given that The Forum has a perfectly functioning photo upload system, links to photos on other websites, including links to personal photo albums or escort websites, are not permitted. If you want to share your photos then please post them here.
Using Ignore Lists (02-08-06)
I just finished responding to more than 100 reported posts, a task that in itself will give anyone a headache, but this particular batch struck me has having an unusually high number of complaints that essentially amounted to one member not liking another member's writing style or report content, which leads me to offer this general suggestion:
If you don't like another Forum Member's reports, then simply add them to your "Ignore List" and you'll never see their reports again.
You can access your personal "Ignore List" under your User CP. Just login, select "User CP" from the top menu bar, then select "Buddy / Ignore Lists" from the left side column.
