I just purchased a subscription and I can't view the photographs?
If you recently purchased a Membership Subscription and you are unable to view the photographs, then you probably are still a Viewing Member, and you need to upgrade to Regular Member.
Upgrading to Regular Member is FREE, fast, easy, and automatic.
To upgrade to Regular Member:
Go to the Forum at http://www.internationalsexguide.info
Log into the Forum using your username and password.
In the top menu bar, select the "User CP" link.
In the left side menu, select the "Immediate Upgrade to Regular Member" link.
Follow the instructions to upgrade your membership.
Your Regular Member upgrade will be effective immediately upon completing the upgrade procedure. The Forum will also send you an email with your Membership Profile information for your records.
Upon upgrading your membership to Regular Member, you will be able to:
As a Regular Member
with a Subscription, you will also be able to:
View the photographs.
Use the Photo Gallery Viewer.
Use the Private Message system to contact other Forum Members.
View the Forum in Banner-Free Stealth Mode.
If you upgrade to Regular Member and you still cannot view the photographs, then please use the
Contact Us form to send me a message, and I will endeavor to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
How do I activate the Subscription features?
The features that are available only to Subscribers are:
View the Forum's photographs.
Use the Photo Gallery Viewer.
Use the Private Message system.
View the Forum in the Banner-Free Stealth Mode.
There is no special code you need to enter to activate the Subscription features.
The Subscription features are automatically activated when you purchase your Subscription.
To use the Subscription Features:
Login to the Forum using your Username and Password.
The link to the Photo Gallery Viewer will be visible in the top menu bar.
The Private Message system will be activated.
The option to select the Banner-Free Stealth Mode will be visible in the lower left corner of the Forum.
What if I accidentially submit two credit card charges?
Please use the
Contact Us form to send me a message explaining the situation. Please be sure to include the Transaction ID's from both charges, and/or the email address you entered into PayPal when making the charges.
I will lookup your charges and refund the second one. You will receive an email from PayPal notifying you that the second charge has been refunded.
