Not to get off the subject too much of photo posting, but I am shooting with a canon 20D, with three canon speedlights (550ex to be exact) into umbrellas on stands. The units are portable and I have taken on a couple of trips to hawaii. I use a neat attachment to the camera to fire all the flashes remote. I'm looking forward to this trip to hopefully get some nice model shots (of course nude also). I pack all my equipment into one handcarry, sans the tripod, stands and umbrellas which fit in m suitcase. In the past it was my little digital camea with on camera flash. If anyone is going to be in Manila/PI from July 30th - August 21, I would be more than happy to meet for a couple of beers and talk shop. Won't be able to post till I get back as I am not bringing my laptop with me.

East Asia is on Roxas Boulevard near the Trader's Hotel. In fact it is walking distance from there and I walked there from my hotel room.

Asian Entertainment is Roxas Boulevard near the Baclaran Church. In fact, some of the girls told me that they would attend mass prior to working at the club so that God would help them meet clients and earn money.

I am still using an old Minolta SLR and want to move up to digital.

I am looking for an affordable digital camera but without the shutter lag. I do some sports and aviation photography and lag would be a real problem.

Hoping Santa will think I've been good this year.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I just upgraded my cell phone to the latest Sony Erricson K850i.
5 Megapixel cyrbershot camera PLUS XENON FLASH which just happens to be a cell phone.
Compared to its main competitor Nokia N95, this thing takes very good pics & has good battery life.
More than enough for mongering & travel pics.
Purists used to pooh pooh camera phones but they are ill informed now.
My previous cp was the K800i a 3.2 Megapixel cybershot camera phone which also took great pics but had some annoying design features.

Why would you want to go this way?
- One small device to carry around always available (in your pocket).
- Does not attract attention of thieves OR government snoopers.
- No expensive batteries to buy, always charged.
- Girls far less intimidated by a cp than a honking great SLR.

In Australia the Telcos like '3' give them away for free with their 24 month contracts.

Hey slim, you put a memory card in it (1Gb is common & relatively cheap) & take as many pics as u want. You store them on the removable memory card not the phones own limited memory.

I enable the bluetooth on my Apple Mac laptop (Macbook Pro) & the Sony.
I just browse the pics on the Sony from the Mac & pull off any/all that i want.
Usually I do this each day but you could just put a fresh card in each day & do it all when u get home.

If you have a pc u can put a usb cable on the sony to download the pics.
Not as easy as a Mac but doable.

The Sony has a real xenon flash & takes excellent pics.

- The girls are FAR less shy coz they are so familiar with cell phones.
- One small pocketable device to cart around.
- No batteries to buy, cell phone battery gets recharged from its charger.
- No film to buy, take as many reusable memory cards with you as you like.
- Low theft risk, its hidden away in your pocket.
- does'nt attract the attention of nosy customs/immigration nazis.

Its just my solution to the problem.

For my 2 cents the Nokia N95 cannot be beaten for Foto and Video quality plus a host of other features including GPS and free worldwide maps.

The girls from the Provinces were always impressed when my fone could show their town on the maps, it made them comfortable with the fone being out all time.

The 5 megapixel Camera has auto-focus and a good flash. Video capacity is awesome too cos you can leave the camera running and do around 2 solid hours of video onto a 2 Gb card. Mine has a 4 Gb in it and never gets filled up. New one is even bigger at 8 Gb and the N96 will be available soon with up to 24 Gb, that will be unbeatable amount of storage in any other fone.
Downloads via PC are easy too as it just updates the newest pics and vids to the last saved file - a breeze.

Cards are cheap and easy to change even with the fone switched on - no problems.
Attached is a close up, night time pic with flash of a failry big pr of Phils tits lol. File is reduced to 43 Kb for upload, from original 660 Kb quality.

For the record I bought the Canon 450 / Kiss x2 / Rebel...or whatever the damn thing is called in your neck of the woods.

I bought it with the two "kit" lens, one with 250 zoom. You can get a lot of candid shots. I think about 3 pics per second, which comes in handy. Very large display, so when you show the gal a nice shot she'll get eager for more!

I'm very pleased with the camera.

I traveled with the Canon 450d XSi with 18-55 lens AND the 55-250. The telephoto lens comes in handy for candid shots. I've attached one of a wardrobe malfunction on a beach in Asia (not Philippines).

G, you provide excellent reports and great advice, but I understand your thinking. I also live here in the Philippines and I have many reports, with photos that I don't post. Twice now, someone on this site has went to a girl I posted about here and told her that I put her on a internet sex site and the girls freaked out. It makes sick that some people don’t have a life. They can only live through other members reports, or they want to see the same girl. Normally, it is someone who doesn’t provide anything here, but request for more pictures or a phone number.

And as Rob pointed out you always can get these assholes/losers/wankers who try and spoil your day by letting the 'pussy out the bag', as it were. What annoys me the most is that those who have the most negative things to say about photo posts are nearly always those wasters who never post anything useful themselves.

I know for a fact that there are so many members who would happily post good photo's on the galleries but are put off by the whiners, ten a penny critics and holier than thou brigade and so the whole forum suffers. Its a shame but a fact of life we have to live with.

I often do quite a bit of photoshop. I have a plugin for photoshop called Digital GEM airbrush Professional which I run on most of my portraits. It is much faster than other methods and I like the results. I know it can be overdone and depending on the quantities of beer I am drinking while processing I am guilty at times, but I like the look. Then, I use the spot healing brush and healing brush to take out some blemishes. Again, it is a matter of taste. I also will run a curve adjustment to increase contrast and will generally run a hue/saturation adjustment to take out some of the red tint. I have a neat tool to color balance (expo disk) that you attach to the front of the lens and take a test shot, but I'm often too lazy. I will also sharpen as the digitals SLRs will produce slightly soft images. I desaturate and then run a high pass filter.

I also bring with me two lights when I travel. Each is fired into softliter umbrellas which are great and produce some soft light. But, other times I just bounce a flash into the ceiling. Or, if I'm drunk I just snap away happy as a clam. Just depends.

I would be more then happy to share some details if anyone is interested. Not sure if anyone here would want to know.

Learned gentlemen, i come before you today to seek your considered & most respected opinions on a subject of great importance.

Ones mongering experiences are mainly confined to ones home country & of course the islands of the Philippine archipeligo.

In contemplation of visiting other destinations within the lands of the greater orient one took it upon oneself to examine the photo galleries of said places in particular the lands of Indonesia & Vietnam.

Frankly gentleman, one cannot enthuse over the quality of examples on display there. One noted a preponderance of rather chubby plain faced individuals.

My question to those gentleman amongst us who are more widely travelled than my good self, is this typical of those destinations?

Has one become too accustomed to slender Pinay bodies with pretty faces such that other nationalities will leave one, shall we say, unmoved? ;)

Or is it indeed the case that contributions to other photo galleries are, mayhap, unrepresentative of the populations of the nations concerned?

Perhaps one should look to the cousins in Thailand for better quality, nes pa?

Someone inquired on what I shoot with. When I am goofing around, I bring a canon 20d (now updated by a much better canon 50d) and a canon 24-70L lens. Not to rehash a prior post but I bring two canon 550ex speedlights, two stands with softliter umbrellas and pocketwizards to fire them. The stands I leave at my Fiancee's house so I don't have to bring them. I have photoshop and use that a lot. If you have any questions, drop me a message and I will respond. I go to the PI to unwind so am normally just goofing around with my GF.

Someone on the main photo thread asked how to get/negotiate/compose nude photos.

I'm sure everyone has their own strategies, techniques, ....horror stories, and whatever.

I personally prefer the GFE, and find that interaction at this level can easily lead to photos. Of course the photos should start before her clothes are off. You have to set the mood. Often they will start off uncooperative, but get into the mood.

Anyway, to the questions....

1) To answer the question, would you allow a nude pic of yourself?

2) You can negotiate some stuff, in which case the "model fee" is decided up front.

2a) If a lady has blessed you with her intimate pics, try to find some way to return the favor. It's just common sense.

3) Tripod and auto features will do, but you might also invite some friends.

I see on the Photos thread that having nude photos /or videos going through customs can be a problem. Someone mentioned just Email them home. I have found uploading to even a single photo to Yahoo can take a minute or more. Is there a better quicker site to use?

Also someone mentioned encryption? What software can in encrypt jpegs? What about AVI videos?

I was thinking about taking my computer over this time. Do they ever give you a hassle to look for photos or anything. I just have thousands of files (my life) both work and personal on it and don't want any problems

What is considered pornography? Nude pictures?

For the guys who say wipe the camera's memory clean, you might expect a question like, "Where are your pictures?" I recommend you have a stash of touristy photos separate from your naughty pictures. Those guys aren't stupid.

Does the file resizer program work for videos too, or any other suggestions for this pc illiterate?

Your worry is NOT the Phils customs. I know for a fact that US customs Hawks single lone males returning from Asia, thanks to the killjoys in the UN

Coming into the Phils I brought back some of America's finest porn, be careful to take the disc's out of their original packaging with all the graphics and put them in an official looking case labeled, "the Golrich project" or "Spread sheets" something legitimate sounding. Mix them in with a few blanks and you should have no problem.

Be careful, download all your pics to your email, use alias emails for even extra security and if you are using intenet computers, also make sure to clean off your history and browsing on the local computers or your personal PC from the porn sites.

Found this company called www.yousendit.com. And very easily can send videos and files up to 50 mbs. As yahoo mail has a limit of 10 mbs, this is an easy way to send prezipped files. In case anyone else has the same prob I had.

I would put them on a time-based scale... the longer the shoot, the better the money. If you are just looking to shoot semi-nude/nude with no action, the girls should be delighted to make money for posing. On the other hand, if by "interactive" you mean full-blown lesbian action, best of luck to you. Even with the flash-the-cash approach, you will really struggle to find two hardcore lesbians that are going to give you really natural-looking girl-on-girl shots. Yes, they will agree to the moon and act lezzy in the bar, but my experience is the moment you get them in bed, they will struggle to "interact." Add to that Filipinas are notoriously lazy, so be prepared to be very directive with your shoot - you are going to have to tell them how to pose and what to do.

Photo's only or video as well? Your best plan is to pre-negotiate the price, duration and action required before you leave the bar, and let them know that if they don't perform up to scratch, you will reduce their tip accordingly.

Filipinas love their photo's being taken so it is easy to get some good shots of the action. Just ensure that she is comfortable by taking a few fully clothed shots first and letting her see them. From her it is usually easy to move on to semi-clothed and naked and then hardcore. I always, at the end, like to show the girl the pics I have taken and delete any that she is really unhappy with.

As AR says, I don't think that you will have any great success with girl on girl action, although you didn't say whether this was your aim. Unless they really are lezzy or bi, Filipinas are usually too shy and conservative about this for it to work well. Your only real chance is to find a genuinely bi girl and ask her if she has any bi-friends to make a threesome. I have only ever had 2 genuinely successful liaisons of this type in the Philippines although I have had many 3sums in which much was promised and not delivered.

Of course if you just want some tag team action with two girls, then this will be easy to arrange.

I've been meaning to post some photo tips for those who haven't yet ventured into this aspect of p4p, but the Cunning stunt has really already given you the core of what I wanted to write.

Start off fully clothed, compliment them, show them the pictures, get them into different poses, complimnet them some more, offer to send or print pictures for them....and once you get them into it, ask for the sexy shots.

Added bonus, when I tip the next morning, I say, "this is for being a great model". She saves a little face and the next guy with a camera might have an easier time of it.

Of course it helps than I have a DSLR with very little lag time between shots.

I noticed that more and more of the show clubs of AC allow photography and sometimes encourage it. I was in one place with only three customers and all three were taking pictures. The girls seem to love it, but I wonder how long their enthusiasm will last.

I would have guessed that type of beauty, with all those teeth showing, and straight hair was from Leyte or Samar. Maybe Cebu. Someone else suggested Mindanao, and I wouldn't disagree with that.

I've never been to Indonesia, but when I wander thru the photo threads, I can see that the photographing lads who venture out into that part of the world seem to turn up some absolutely stunning women.

Forget about cleavage it is more like where are the breasts?
Fortunately in AC they dancers have to wear skimpy outfits and you will know what you are getting.

Sammon, you're starting to worry me. Where one finds cleavage, one expects to find breasts. You're agreeing with FF, if I'm not mistaken.

As for the skimpy outfits, I once barfined some very nice cleavage. Very, very nice as a matter of fact. Once the package was unrapped, there was still ample bosom, but a bit saggy and scarred from suckling.

I believe you can pretty much avoid steeling by watermarking them as I have someones doing it here with adding text on pics "Posted to ISG by NN"

Sory to hear that and it does not surprise me in this day and age.
I would think that some armchair mongers feel the urge to contribute any which way they can. As WW states, watermarking can prevent plagerizing. Or perhaps black out the faces but that ruins the photo.
What other boards have you seen your photos on? Please PM me with that info.
