1) Do you have to put a photo for having success? (I'm reluctant to do it)

2) Do you need a special account so that your profile will be seen first?

3) What kind of sentences do you use? Do you go directly telling them that you are willing to sponsor them or do you say something else?

There are 2 type of relationship where I will say that Moldova is strong, that is if you want to married a Moldovan woman in a 1 to 2 year timeframe or if you want to have long-term relationship that include a sponsor element with a Moldovan woman. I think Moldova is weak on all other type of relationship with Moldovan women including one-night stands. The truth is that this city does not work for fast moves on local girls due to the massive flow of international guys having stopped by here and had their share. There might be some ladies who will go for P4P but finding them has become hell. It is almost like if such business is being activately chased by the police. I have written to over 200 girls on MAMBA and not one of them has come back with interest. The same applies when I search on google for such ladies, no one picks up the phone and I am calling from a local mobile number.

Long story short, all girls here tell me they want serious relationship and in order to even given the impression of doing the same then one naturally needs to have some sort of a permanent presence here or they will smell a rat.

Just my 2 cents after having spent 30 hours in Chisinau. I doubt I will be coming back. Odessa seems to me a smarter move for me.

I just have one supplement to your report. I think it will work well with many different sorts of "permanent presences" in Chisinau, Moldova. I am coming 3 times every year to Moldova, and I have a long-term relationship in Chisinau with a 20 year old girl (I am a 50+ man). So I think semi-permanent presence in Chisinau where you are coming 3 to 4 times every year to Chisinau, Moldova will work well.
