Hi guys.
Myself and another BM are meeting Pattaya late May and are planning to have an orgy style party on Vesak Day. We made enquiries at the Penthouse but are not fully happy with their replies regarding our requirements. Does anyone know of any 2 bedroom apartments woth a jacuzzi or spa that will book out for 2 nights?
Thank Rob.

I had no problems with the internet although they made it clear that large downloads (movies etc) were prohibited.
The room was fine but it was often impossible to get to sleep before 4 am because of the band / singer from the beer bar on Soi 10.
I was not impressed by the breakfast buffet, you could have an omlette and some other items but all the rest was more like a dinner buffet.
I had no problems with girls coming up to my room.
Finally, the hotel is a bit worn down, it really needs a good sanding and painting all over.

Hotel right on second road with a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, worked wonders on the girls. But the beds are absolutely the hardest I've ever slept on and there's no lift. You do get access to the rooftop pool across the street. There's a small gogo bar downstairs so expect noise until 3 am.

Two other 1st class Pattaya hotels:
Avani (former Marriott) - I used to stay at this hotel a lot when it was a Marriott and super girl friendly. I cancelled a recent upcoming reservation at the Avani when I learned Avani now charges a 1000 baht joiner fee and might impose restrictions on my female guest's access to the swimming pool.
But I recently came across a really low room rate for the Avani, I mean a really low rate even for a low season reservation. This discount hotel rate plus a 1000 baht joiner fee would be less than $100 which makes it a tempting offer, because I do like the location and the swimming pool / garden setting, but before I book it, I will have to exchange emails again with the reservation department and straighten out a couple of things. Good thing they know me. LOL. Because I don't want no hassles over my girls concerning my afternoon pool parties and lunches. I will not tolerate any BS.
Intercontinental. I hear this one is absolutely girl friendly. It looks like a great hotel, the rooms, pools, & grounds etc, look really nice, but its location is not ideal, especially for a newbie. On the otherhand, for someone like myself it might be interesting. If I were to stay here, I would rent a motorcycle and then easily be able to fool around in both Pattaya and Jomtien. I might like that.
Note: the Intercontinental is significantly cheaper than the Hilton. I only consider the Hilton because I have hotel points and can stay at the Pattaya Hilton for free from time to time. The lowest rate I have seen for the Pattaya Hilton is $165/ day which is kind of crazy for Pattaya in the low season and almost twice as expensive as the Hilton Sukhumvit in BKK, but if you can afford it and want to stay here, then I say go for it. It is a very fine, 1st class, gf hotel. You will like it.

Does anyone know if hotels like the Hilton Pattaya are joiner friendly? It's listed on some of the sites like http://guestfriendlypattaya.com but some threads like this (http://www.pattayatalk.com********to...uest-friendly/) claim overnight guests aren't allowed. Has anyone stayed there recently and can confirm one way or the other? I don't want to book a week only to pay joiner fees or have girls get turned away every night.
