    Definite change.
There's another problem in asking for only four pieces, which pharmacists know won't work and may contribute to antibiotic-resistant strains of bacteria. Do you think it would have made a difference if you had written on paper the name of the antibiotic, the specific dosage, and a number such as 14 or 20, which suggests you understand the regimen that's required?

    Narrow Escape

Last time I was in the Philippines I had a young college student who wanted me to bareback her. I refused due to the fact that later I did not want to have a claim that I fathered a child and she needs support.

    Bareback and SEA.

This bareback thing is common in SEA. If you see the woman in SEA countries, they are small, tender, comes in all colors all size but still make you feel a man. With them you will feel like a woman who adore his man. In general most of them still god fearing.

So they believe one day the white man will come, marry them and give a good life.

Educations or science was never an interest for most of them, they still believe someone who got disease will look sick.

So when a man with wallet full of green paper, promise them a good time, they don't question much. Many of them will ask you condom just before you are about to put your anaconda in their holly river. And if you say no condom, she will make face buy again she will let her loose.

So I believe bareback is a social thing for them.

Pharmacies in Manila have definitely restricted purchase of antibiotics.

Just today at Mercury Drug (in Manila, not AC) a woman in front of me tried to buy 4 pieces of Co-Amoxyclav (yes seriously), and the pharmacist asked for her prescription which she didn't have.

I then made my request (for a different antibiotic without showing the script just to see) and they asked me for my prescription too (which I had in my pocket).

I had previously bought this antibiotic without any restriction.

I think most places treat you right away based on your symptoms without waiting for test results. It is usually a [CodeWord109] test with results back in a day or less (in Phil). Labs in AC are pretty quick maybe within 30 minutes for the results.

Yes it is, I see the same things as you when I go to the province with one of my regulars. They simply adore children.
Well, the women anyway. I'm not so sure about the (young) guys who knock them up and walk away LOL.

I've never received BBFS in AC.

But then again I did not have a girlfriend and would've insisted on condoms anyway back then.

CM, I seriously doubt the pharmacies got together and decided for the good of mongers not to sell Doxycycline or any other anti-biotics without a prescription. After all they are in the business to sell meds and making money.

The laws have always required prescriptions for meds, especially anti-biotics. Just the past year or so that it was finally enforced under pressure from the medical doctors organization. Just imagine the girls that have to BBBJ his uncircumcised cock that is in dozens of asses a year. Just plain out gross.

Let's work to keep AC the clean gem of a Sin City it is guys! Wrap it up, don't cum in pussys, and don't force naive girls to suck off your cocks! Allow CBJ's if you are engaging in high-risk sexual activity!
Nonsense he is probably telling you he has never caught anything. If he mongers as reckless as you are saying the odds are impossible that he has never been stricken with an STD. Mongers like to lie. Its part of the sport.

The medical community fears a return to the days when the only gonorrhea medications were dried and powdered cubebs, an Indonesian pepper, and balsam of copaiba obtained from a South American tree. Up to the mid-1930's, routine treatment of acute gonorrhea took 45 days, and chronic gonorrhea took 95 days. Complete treatment required injecting Mercurochrome into the urethra or irrigation of potassium permanganate into the seminal vesicles. Ouch!

The first effective treatment for gonorrhea came in 1937, in the form of the sulfonamide drugs. In 1943, gonorrhea had already become resistant to the sulfonamide drugs, and doctors switched to penicillin. In 1946, gonorrhea developed strains resistant to penicillin. By 1983, there was a huge increase in penicillin resistant gonorrhea in USA Military personnel returning from East Asia. In 1980, testing of specimens from Philippine clinics revealed that 30 to 40% were resistant.

Since then new antibiotics replaced penicillin, such as tetracycline, spectinomycin, and ceftriaxone. Each one was effective at first, but gonorrhea always started developing resistance after a few years eventually rendering treatment with those antibiotics ineffective. The sale of antibiotics without prescriptions to mongers and hookers in Southeast Asian fleshpots creates a huge petri dish where new strains of gonococci from all over the world can encounter and develop resistance to the drugs. Mongers then import the new and improved sex bugs upon returning to their countries or traveling on to other countries to continue recreational coitus.
Good points. I think the first documented case of antibiotic resistant gonorrhoea in the U. K. Happened earlier this year, and the guy got it from having sex with a girl from somewhere in South East Asia as per news reports.

Scary stuff but that is the price we potentially pay as I'm sure we can catch these STD's even if covered.
