    My recent trip to Tijuana

There were some girls not worth repeating and some I repeated every single day of my visit. The names may be incorrect, I just went with what I thought they said.

Humana from Puebla standing 4 paces West of Cascadas back entrance wearing a school girls outfit. She looked hot, especially showing off the curvature of her bum from underneath the tiny skirt. Small breast, very pretty, about 5'6" tall and works from 3 pm to 12. Follows instructions (multiple positions & nipple nibbling), but no pussy play & digits allowed. She does not smile and seem distant in her thoughts, even after my second visit.

"Ma ha ree" standing outside El Porton. Cute and wears glasses, but not a repeat with me. Can't touch or kiss her anywhere.

Danella from Puebla standing in front of Hotel Mini but willing to go over to Cascadas. Tiny girl, very pretty, can't be more than 5' or 100 lb (skinny) No clit rubbing but can play with the labia, nibble on nipple and follows instructions for different positions. Works 8 to 4.

Sofie standing at Hotel Mini is about 5'3" with small breast and inverted nipples. I peg her at under 23 years of age, a little chubby but pretty. Also can touch pussy and she felt loose.

Wendy (some posters refer her as Vampire due to her prominent incisors) Stands across the street from the back entrance of Cascadas. Tiny girl, under 5' and 100 lb with dark skin. Bum is flat and tits are small. Anyways she is clock watcher and no pussy play allowed. You would think that she would be more friendly to me if she wanted more business from me, she is very observant, staring at me every time I exited the back of Cascadas or bringing back chicas 10 times per day, yet after 5 outings with her over a period of 2 years, at the 10 minute mark she would say "you better hurry up, your time is almost up". She appears to work morning and afternoon, I see her standing there when I have breakfast and lunch at Azul.

Anna from Veracruz standing in front of Azul. Tiny tits, short, skinny, thick Bush and works until 3.

Eileen from Pueba standing in front of Azul with med breast, 5'5" average frame, light Bush and wanted the porn channel on. She works from 1 to 10. I did her at 1:40 and 9:15 because she was cute and I believe she was new to the business and wanting to learn how to provide great sex.

Samantha standing in front of Ibiza works from 9 to 9. She wears glasses and a bright red short skirt and has that sexy naughty librarian look. Medium build, large tits, beautiful, 5'5" and smooth unblemished skin. No kisses on body or nipple and no pussy play. Kept her high heels on even during doggie and mish. She would not leave for hotel Cascadas. The rooms are nice at Ibiza. So my question is, if I had rented a room at Ibiza for the night, would I still have the pay the 80 peso for the short time room? I did her at 3:20 and at 6:40 pm the same day because she was beautiful and had a smoking hot body.

Yosselin standing across the street and 5 paces west of Wendy. About 5' tall, only had a left boob job because the right book had an inverted nipple and was smaller and not stiff. Medium Bush, under 23 years old, tight, and leg blocked every attempts for deeper penetration.

If you're paying street girls in US dollars, you're likely overpaying already.

    Your 1st mistake.

Using USA Dollars. This discussion has plenty of examples and testimonials on why you shouldn't use USA Dollars abroad.

YMMV by SG. But in my experience, $30 for chica and $5 for room will get you pretty much all you want. I had one chica tell me that $30 covers only 2 positions. (Told her OK. You do the work, CG and RCG haha). I've been quoted as high as $40. I once paid $35 for a 9 in my book. I hear many can get down to $20. My experience, either you tell them your price or ask theirs. But literally walk away from their first offer, unless she is a 9-10 that you just can't miss. With SGs, volume is in your favor. HK, slightly different equation, in my opinion.

I have already commented on this so forgive me for beating a dead horse. But your comment, along with Niguno's comment speak to me. This is about supply and demand. The reason Tijuana is so inexpensive is because of supply. When you compare it to the US, the root cause is legality. There is no supply shortage in Tijuana and barring major social changes, there never will be. There is a point where the savings do not offset the hassle of travel, border crossing, etc. You also have several types of mongers. The frequent locals (who will be the first to be upset with increases), the occasional visitor, and then the guy who plans an annual trip (who is probably most willing to overspend given the investment).

I am not local but I do my part in not overpaying, be it with a SG, escort or BG. I've also taken several lessons in the "better service" argument. Bottom line, you said it, when they leave my room, I am forgotten. Yes, they'll be more likely to look for me next time. But the extra $50 I threw her way this time will now be an expectation of me next time. And two visits in, my $100 did not dramatically change this girl's life. I completely admire the perspective that the chicas have rough lives. But I think there's also a lot of self-guilt in that equation too. Bottom line, if it gets to the point where I am expected to overpay, that sounds too much like a GFE.

    Does it work

The issue of overpaying is an old, old debate that takes place constantly both here and in the USA forums. I personally am on the side that believes that some mongers ruin the market by overpaying. I guess the key issue here is whether or not a monger really gets better service by paying more. I noticed one commenter here pointed out how fast a girl disappears as soon as a guy can no longer afford to overpay. In other words, don't look for gratitude from the girls. So let's see, the girl was going to have sex with you anyway, but you feel compelled to pay more than the going rate. Why? Are you going to get better sex? Will she fall in love with you? Will she give you a discount the next time around? Yes, she may keep her eyes open for you because she can squeeze more out of you than other guys. She is still going to other guys and probably for less than you are paying. Now, maybe you're one of those rich guys that just likes to flaunt cah or show the girls what a good guy you are. What are you doing picking up street girls in the first place? Get a real pro and a good hotel. Leave the street girls for the rest of us poor guys with less cash. I'm not saying be chintzy or cheat the girls. I'm just saying why push up the market and drive guys out of it? Many years ago when I got into the hobby, good sex in an AMP might cost $120. Now between door fees and "extras" it can cost $250 or more for a crummy rub and 3 minutes of sex. Why? Because guys were paying. I haven't gone into an AMP in years. I can get good massage in any suburban mall for $25 and if I'm going to pay several hundred for sex, I'll find a decent looking provider, not a bony or overweight Asian girl with np personality. It sounds like I'm off on a tangent, but my point is why pay more than necessary? It just drives up the market and the Tijuana lasses are not going to love you for it.

Renter's Market. Abundance of Chicas. Oversupply

Yesterday I was stunned to see not only the number of SGs (standing near hotels they use, not street walkers) in the alley.

Both sides but mostly the South near the East end Constitucion corner as well as E. Of Eduardo hotel.

Not only that, a much higher percentage were bar quality flacas (thin) many 8's dressed to the 9's even a couple of 9's at least on my scale.

All out for business. Seems many guys have been slacking off or have become intimidated by the huge oversupply in the DAYTIME at around 3 - 4 pm. A couple of the best lookers told me they start at 10 AM and leave by 6 PM.

    Overreactions.

Second guy says: Shit! You dumbass motherfucker. I can't believe you did that. I like that restaurant too. Your generosity is going to ruin it for me and everyone else who likes to go to that restaurant. The last thing I need is for the waitresses to all start expecting (Amount X+) for a basic dinner. I just don't understand you.

Third guy says: Damn it man! For what you paid I could have ordered the who damn menu and sat in there and ate all day. Hell what I pay for a basic meal is more than enough and when the bill comes I pay what I owe. But I give much less (enter small number here).

Final guys wraps up with this: Hey, the guys that tip too much are being laughed at by the waitresses. Trust me on this one because I have inside knowledge having gotten to know a few of them off the clock. And now we get to have a big laugh too. He hasn't really been going to restaurants for very long. He's new. He'll learn. The fast learners learn quicker.
Thanks for the kind words man. Yeah, it's weird to me that I got some fuss for this. I consider myself a veteran in the mongering arena and I've been coming mainly to Tijuana for 12+ years. Been to other parts of Mex and central / south America. The girls are definitely glad for the extra money. I know in my case, I've had many girls who were happy to repeat with me, not only for good company, but for paying them well. It has worked out well for me.

Sunday night (labor day weekend) was the strangest night I have seen in Tijuana in 5 years. I have heard that Zona Norte can be very crime infested, but this day I saw it first hand. Not all that bad but I saw the details.

First let me report that there was an incident of an American looking Hispanic guy who was standing in the alleys outside HK back entrance. His ear was slashed and bleeding bad. HK staff had tried to help him by giving him a proper bathing tower, but half the towel was soaked red. I did not stick around to ask him details, because cops showed up and did not allow people to walk up to him. Seems he may have been engaged in some altercation or more likely some ratero may have tried to rob him. But all this being right close to the alley is scary. Because many of us are hanging out in this area..
I knew of several guys many years ago that were caught by Tijuana Policia with marajuana in their possession. Back then the laws in Tijuana about pot possession were fairly harsh. Each of these guys worked out bribes (one was a fairly large three-digit bribe as I recall). After they worked out payment with the Policia they were handed back their MaryJane. When I first was told these stories (a little more than a decade ago) I was amazed. I thought it was strange that in both these events they were given their pot back. That would never have happened back in the United States in similar situations at that time. But I was told this was not unusual for Tijuana. I spoke about this story with lots of seasoned vets back then. They all told me the same thing. In Tijuana you get your marijuana back after paying the bribe-that's typical for Tijuana.

I still found that hard to believe, even with everyone telling me this is how it works in Tijuana. Overtime I thought about it a lot. It began to make sense. When a Tijuana cop accepts a bribe, his immediate next action is to pretend a crime never happened. He conspires with the person giving the bribe. If there's a bag of pot around. ,. after receiving the bribe, the officer will simply want to make the bag of contraband disappear. So better to give the pot back to the tourist than keep it in the cop's pocket. I know this sounds a little crazy from our United States perspectives, but that's just how this type of thing goes down in Tijuana.

Within the last couple of years possession of small amounts of pot and other illegal drugs have been decriminalized for Mexican residents. Instead of punishing locals for possession, the are instead often sent into rehab programs and not jail. The loosening of the drug laws are for Mexican residents, I don't think the law changed for tourists. But one of the effects of the law change has resulted in Tijuana Policia becoming easy on tourists as well.

It is hard to predict how this situation would have turned out if you had not gotten involved. But it is possible, in this current LE climate in Tijuana, that your student amigo might have gotten off without even paying a mordida. His actions clearly represented more of an understanding of current police practices than you are giving him credit for.

Seems he may have been engaged in some altercation or more likely some ratero may have tried to rob him. But all this being right close to the alley is scary. Because many of us are hanging out in this area.

After that I met this hapless young student guy from the USA who had been to Tijuana before but was not that well oriented. So I walked him around the block as he asked to look at some Street girls. While we were out on the stroll he popped his head into a few bars along the way. Adelita, Chicago, Playboy, etc. When he was entering Malquerida, the security frisked him and confiscated a small bag of marijuana that he was apparently carrying. So stupid of him to be carrying that around, rather than stashing it in his hotel room.

I found it interesting that the security guy did not say much, but encouraged us to enter the club. We did but as soon as the security guy said we should be OK, I had this sudden urgent feeling of making ourselves scarce. I mean weed is illegal in Mexico, and I wondered why this security guy was suddenly being so charitable. We found find out within a minute. So we retraced our steps to the front door to exit the club. I told my stranger / acquaintance that we need to leave immediately. But this student guy decided that he had to get his bag of weed back from the security guy, who was nowhere to be found. Just then we saw the security guy walking back towards Malquerida with a police officer. I told the student guy that we need to walk away now. But he insisted he would stay. So I told him that I would leave if he did not come with me. So I walked a bit of a distance away. Maybe 10 feet and watched them.

Clearly the security guy (the English speaker, who was acting as the good cop) and the actual police officer (the bad guy. The hammer) were scaring this guy rough. They gave him 2 options. Either pay a hefty fine or go to court and do jailtime in Mexico. They asked him what his preference was. This fool asked them how long the sentence was. To which the security guard replied 'at least 6 months'. The student replied promptly without hesitation 'then I will go to jail'. The security guy was getting mad. The student was not getting the message that this was merely a shakedown. So against better judgement I offered my help. I tried to calm the situation and I told the security guy "he is a very simple guy. Let's be reasonable. We can come to an agreement" etc. Etc. This pleased the security guard very much. The policeman got very aggressive with me and started asking me questions in Spanish. Security guy calmed him down and after a lot of back and forth we negotiated a sum of $20. In my opinion this was a good outcome for all involved. The amount was paid via a third party and we started walking away. All good.

But then this student said he will go back and get his weed. What a loser. He did go back and ask the cop for his bag. The cop gave it back to him, but shouted at him immediately after and asked him to go F his mother etc. The student just put the cop's job in jeopardy in public. I mean why else would the cops involve a third party for the payment? This guy clearly could not see beyond his bag of weed.

After this was all done, I told him to go and keep the bag immediately in his hotel room in a safe pace. Just as I finished my sentence, this student decided to pop into one or two other bars. With the bag of weed that had just been confiscated in Malquerida. This time he did not even put the bag into his pocket, but was carrying it in the palm of his hand. I shouted at him "Stop, what are you doing? But he would not listen and went into a bar. I just kept walking and deserted him. He clearly did not learn any lessons that night.

Sorry man. If you are reading this (to the student). But it is the truth. At least from my point of view.

I'm done with this discussion. I too respect xtrenton for the report and the honesty. What we pay is what we pay. Xtrenton paid what he did because he felt for the chicas situation. I completly understand that sentiment but I think, and as others have relayed there is an impact.

Philosophically speaking, when one of us gives a chica a huge tip, he is ruining the chica's mindset. Why, because while the chica may feel elated upon receiving that one huge tip, she is forever going to be disappointed by every other future, lesser-value tip. There used to be a time when paying (just) the agreed upon amount to a chica made her feel happy; now, it is almost considered in bad taste to do so.

Also, speaking from personal experience, the rich guys giving huge tips are ruining it for the rest of us average guys. If us average guys had unlimited amount of money to throw around on huge tips, we would be living a different lifestyle.

Finally, to the bro who mentioned that it is a tough job / situation for the chicas, it is a tough situation all-around; something to think about.

    It's mostly business

The chicas negotiate and engage in quick exchange of sex for money with dozens guys every day for years. They spend time in the bars to earn money, not to look for love.

If any bro thinks he's any more special than the other 10,000 plus guys his sweetheart had been fucking in the past, and give her money above and beyond what was negotiated, he's naive or worse, stupid and delusional.

I know a few guys who spent all their money and credit to impress their girls. The day they ran out of money, the chicas suddenly could not remember who they were. They think the guys were stupid to give them all their money, hehe.

Exercise caution, moderation, consideration in all situations, and try not to act like a fool, especially with girls.

In the world of P4P, this sort of action on my part came back to haunt me. The following numbers are from memory and are probably inaccurate, but the point is valid.

A few years ago I made an agreement with Girl #1 at HK for a 1200 peso session. The session was wonderful and very long so I gave her a tip of 600 pesos, she collected a total of 1800 pesos. The next day I spotted Girl #2, who turned out to be Girl #1's best friend. I offered 1200 pesos to Girl #2, but she knew Girl #1 was given 1800 pesos and she wanted the same. I was thinking with the little head and just couldn't say no, so I ended up agreeing to the 1800 pesos for girl #2. I just couldn't control myself. I would have been much better off if I just gave Girl #1 the 1200 pesos that was agreed.

In the end, I did many sessions with both Girl #1 and Girl #2, subsequent sessions were at normal rates.
