What does BC mean?

There is a little enclave out off the highway in BC. I don't know how I found it, but I have been going there about a year. The whole street has a number of dark coffee shops, hot tics, etc. A lot of ugly women, but some nice older ladies if that's you're thing. I was in a regular coffee shop and the lady serving had a fit body. She was probably mid-40's or early 50's. We talked some and after the other customer left I flirted some. She asked if I wanted to get a hotel, so I met her down the street. I guess she didn't want to be seen since she owned a coffee shop in the neighborhood. We went to a small but nice enough hotel. My tongue was immediately in her mouth and hands on her ass. I got her clothes off and sure enough, nice body. She sucked my cock standing up and then I pushed her on the bed and fucked her doggy style till I pulled off the cap and came all over her back. I have gone back to see her with the same results. 300 k.

Massage parlors across from Pullman hotel
I have been in HCMC a few months and recently had a good experience at one of the massage places across from the Pullman hotel. There are maybe ten girls to choose from and you pay 200-300 vnd for a massage room. Once up in the room you negotiate a price. I paid 500 VND for an excellent BBBJ that lasted about 20 minutes. I went back again and wasn't as lucky be / see the girl wouldn't give head only HJ. Its probably more expensive than other places be / see its in a tourist area but it was fun and easy. Vietnam is a good place for mongering, will try to contribute useful posts.

I'm wondering if the hot toc girls do CBJ too or only BBBJ?
Because I went to a massage place in HCMC before and I asked for a CBJ but the told me only BBBJ.

I am Chinese although I have lived in USA for many years. However, I return to Asia very frequently.
How can I be racist with my own people? It is because I know my own people that I haggle. It's the system, the culture. Yes, after living in the West for many years I find it irritating but I am more offended if I get ripped off. Also being Asian, I know the local prices. Moreover, the majority of these vendors live (not just survive, but live) by doing business with locals, not with tourists. They get their steak and lobster when they do business with foreigners who feel sorry for them.
Give you an example: I go to a "wholesale" or "knock-off" market in Beijing or Shanghai and can buy a set of three suitcases for about US $100. Locals can get them for as low as $80 but I am happy with my purchase. Then when I see a foreigner lugging a similar suitcase, I asked them how much they pay. They would pay $70-80 for one suitcase! The same thing happens with belts, wallets, shirts, backpacks, furniture, accessories, and of course, women.
I am not making judgement. If you want to pay more, go ahead, if you are okay with it. I am not. However, if I am happy with the service, I usually give a western-sized tip, as much as one-third of the price, or I take them to a nice dinner which I know they will never be able to afford (anyway, it's more fun to eat with company than alone).
A point about taxis: in some Asian countries like Japan, China and Singapore, taking taxis are okay because the drivers do not cheat you, either by over-charging, faulty meter or going on a longer route. Perhaps these drivers are better paid, or better regulated. But in some countries, it's a hassle.
Yes, like L.A.T., just my 2,000 dong too.

I prefer covered BJs, I find that if you sweet talk a girl, get to know her, tip her well, she usually puts in a better effort, and even if its a covered BJ, because she puts in more effort and technique the CBJ is still excellent. I am pretty careful about herpes so I prefer CBJ over BBBJ.

I agree solo, the exchange rate between the Vietnamese dong and the American dollar, isn't fair so why should locals be fair? And if you feel like you are being ripped off, well just remind yourself that your money is worth a lot so it shouldn't be a big deal, unless you choose to make it a big deal.

What do you guys like more, hot tocs or cafe BJ / HJ? Iam guessing the cafe are better because you can chat with the girls where as hot tocs are a quick in and out.
I am only visiting for 3 weeks at the most, so not really wanting to waste my time finding a girlfriend. I am too busy visiting family, hanging with cousins, going on tours to different parts of the country.

"Racism at its finest, there are a lot of things you can't haggle. ".
Awe so cute, Solo flaunting his racism card.
I didn't find anything LAT wrote racist and I am Viet kieu. I hate to haggle but I hate more when they try to screw you. Don't tell me you only find righteous people in Vietnam that always give you fair price any services. With service, in the back of my head a little voice always ask me "how much they going to fuck you".

Racism at its finest, there are a lot of things you can't haggle. Try going to Hermes and haggle.
You speak with certainty, no one is asking you to accept their price point but haggling them to a point where they would make almost nothing for their work. But have to accept it due to their circumstances is beyond cheap.
To each his own, everything depends on your financial situation. I've personally only took a Xe Om (gave the old guy 500 k, it means nothing to me but its significant to him) once, and took taxis ever since and I've been here for almost 10 months now.
