Social hygiene centers cannot stop HIV+ girls from working in the bars!

Contrary to popular belief when a bar girl comes up positive for AIDS, she does not stop working at the bar and Social Hygiene does not inform the bar. Bar girls can continue working and giving bareback mongers doses of whatever they happen to carry at the time. According to a news report based on interviews with Dr. Teresita Esguerra, chief of Angeles City Social Hygiene Center:

Esguerra cited limitations provided by Republic Act 8524 of the Philippine National AIDS Law that prevent health authorities from tracking down probable sources of HIV in the city's foreign community.

"We also cannot control the activities of the HIV patients. We cannot forbid them to return to the bars to work, neither can we warn the bars on the health of the patients," she said.

Esguerra and Velasco said attempts to provide the patients with other forms of livelihood have failed.

"The cash given them just vanishes. It seems that their experience in bars has developed an outlook for easy money," Velasco said.

Oh, thank goodness. For a moment there I was concerned that nothing on the market was working to combat this strain. But, according to this article, a drug that is already on the market still works.

Super Gonorrhea is coming to destroy your junk!

Bad news, rubber-less shaggers: There's a new strain of super gonorrhea afoot in Britain, and it's heading your way.

As it's evolved, this strain of the sexually transmitted disease informally known as "the clap" has become resistant to the drugs previously used to combat it. Following an outbreak of this super gonorrhea in the north of England at the end of last year, there are now fears it's spreading across the country, with cases popping up in the West Midlands and the South East, according to Public Health England (PHE).

While the term "super gonorrhoea" might, at surface level, sound quite funny, there's a much darker side to this story. The drug-resistant STD is indicative of other bacterias becoming resistant to treatments problem that Chief Medical Officer Dame Sally Davies says is as bad as the threat of terrorism. George Osborne also warns that antibiotic-resistant diseases could be the biggest killer in the world in 30 years. Gonorrhoea can also damage the womb to the point of infertility, which is obviously very worrying when it comes to these increasingly untreatable strains.

The drugs used to treat the disease, a jab of ceftriaxone and a pill of azithromycin, are losing ground to the STD, with the former now the only one that still works.

Away from the whole super-strain news, the number of people in the UK diagnosed with gonorrhea has more than doubled in the past few years, making it second only to chlamydia as the top sex disease of choice. And it's not only the clap that's on the rise; reported cases of syphilis rose by 63 percent between 2010 and 2014, according to PHE.

    Cost?

    Time frame?

    Type of test?

    For which STD?

    Any treatment?

    Cost of treatment?

If I remember the name right, there is Makati Medical Clinic somewhere in Makati that has 50+ doctors. Just go in to the first floor reception and tell them you to do a STD test. They will direct you to the available staff.

    Quick STD testing in Manila.

Anything is potentially curable or manageable with unlimited financial and medical resources. If one has several years to survive on a wait list for a donor, even a cock and balls transplant is possible. Nevertheless, would you want one? Who wants AIDS just because there is a pill to manage it?
As long as you are open to the distinct possibility that money is a motivator behind these issues, it might be worth noting that this First-Ever Case of Antibiotic Resistant Superbug just happened to come along oh so coincidentally at the very moment of "dramatic cuts that have been delivered to the public health budget," Dr. Williams told BBC News and when public health officials are actively pushing for, yep, more money.

It's good that we are talking about facts and figures and legitimate sources of information. It is very liberating.

The other stats you want are in the CDC site.

The bacteria turned out to be resistant to the standard antibiotics for gonorrhea, azithromycin and ceftriaxone, and was susceptible only to spectinomycin.

The CDC would be one of the better sources for data on HIV. However, I don't see anything on that page or the link that accompanies those stats that provides the breakdowns I mentioned. For example, how many of those 6,400 Estimated new HIV infections in 2014 were among needle-sharing drug users, men who have sex with men, women who have sex with men, etc. Maybe that info is in that website somewhere. But it looks like too much work for me to start digging.

If the breakdown is similar to other reports, the largest method of transmission by far in number and/or percentages would be through tainted blood transfusion/needle sharing, followed by unprotected receptive anal sex, followed by a distant third through unprotected receptive vaginal sex, with virtually all other sexual activities being so small as to be statistically insignificant. If they encountered so much as one foreign punter who can be proven conclusively to have acquired HIV from unprotected vaginal/oral sex or even unprotected penetrative anal sex with a P4P lady without him having an obvious co-factor involved like a large open sore on his penis at the time he would likely be highlighted as the rare star of stars in these HIV transmission studies, such a celebrity for the cause of cautionary HIV transmission tales we might already know him by name.

    The Morning Drip.

Why is catching the clap / super-clap such a big deal? Well, gonorrhoea significantly increases the likelihood of catching or spreading the AIDS, a five fold increase in the spread of the virus. This increased efficiency in transmission of HIV is due to the recruitment of inflammatory cells to the mucosal surface during a about of the clap. These inflammatory cells are the same phagocytic and CD4+ T cells that HIV attacks to invade the body, increasing the odds of catching HIV. In fact, the viral load in the cum of HIV positive gonococcal-infected men is up to eight times that of HIV positive men without gonorrhoea. This means that a monger infected with a combination of the AIDS and gonorrhoea is extremely efficient at spreading the AIDS to the girls he inseminates, and to fellow mongers who fuck the same girls unknowingly marinating their cocks in the remnants of his high viral load cream pies deposited in the pussies.

What is the "super-clap" or untreatable gonorrhea? Super-clap is a strain of multidrug-resistant gonococcal bacteria that has rendered all treatments useless including penicillins, tetracyclines, quinolones, and cephalosporin antibiotic groups. In other words, super-clap loves your dick long, long time!

Some 10,500 HIV cases were reported in 2016 - up from 4,300 in 2010. Based on the current trend, the DOH estimates there could be 142,400 people infected by HIV by 2022. The DOH has identified more than 100 cities where about 80 percent of new HIV infections are clustered.
