If I understand it correctly, they have made it illegal to advertise an "escort" agency. Bizzare rule in my opinion. The clubs must have stronger lobbying power or somebody pissed off somebody with connections? (all speculations of course).

I think they are still advertising as individuals on the craigslist / backpage type sites.

I guess what makes it so strange to me is that the zone tour site is down and the civilian tourist tours site is also down. Without them I would never have known about el why ella, stravanganza, rolex, etc. Sad to see them go.

My guess is this strange rule is the end result of pressure applied by the USA government to curtail so called human trafficking.

May is nice. It is slower but not too slow. It is hot but not stifling. Water temperature is perfect for activities you mention. I would not hesitate to visit PV in May. I would stay away in July and August.

What is the climate like? Is the ocean water a good temperture to swim, dive or snorkel in, or is it still cold? Can anyone recommend a good seafood restaurant in the city of Puerto Vallarta?

Thanks John but those stats pretty much go out the window I believe this year, with the weather being so crazy all over the world, but I am thankful your response. I guess I should have phrased my initial question differently. Anyone who is in Puerto Vallarta willing to share with me what the water temperature is like, as far as being cold or warm, as I want to go snorkling, swimming and so forth on this trip, but cannot stand being in cold water. Also any recommendations for new places, or restaurants for good seafood that are located in the city of Puerto Vallarta? In advance thank you for any help you can provide me with my questions. Also for those interested in going to Puerto Vallarta in the near future, there are some good prices on condo rentals on Craigslist right now.

I just noticed a few days ago that this place has been closed. That was their third location that I've known of. So I'm sure they will be opening up again somewhere else in Bucerias in the near future.

Rain Maker looks like you seem to have a problem with me since your very first posting so now I ask myself after reading this why you want to hang out with me when you are in PV or why you want to hang out with Urban Wildlife who also is not a fan of escort services?

Because you seem to know your way around Puerto Vallarta, and I am always up to meeting new people, and because I am sure I would be laughing my ass at you, as anyone who makes up handles to speak to themselves, and brag about themselves has to be a real trip, and good for endless amounts of laughs. By the way, my first postings was back in 2007 sir, which was before you even became a member here from looking at your posting history. Furthermore, I am communicating with you for the past week because I am excited for my trip to Puerto Vallarta next week, and you are about the only one who is posting regularly, so of course I am going to respond to your posts, as well as ask you questions. I suppose I could respond to Kersay, but opps, that is your alter ego, so basically I would still be responding to you! If you are going to use multiple handles at least correct the spelling, grammar errors, and change the sentence structure, so it is not so obvious that you are one of the same!

If I go back and read the postings of you being TSH, and then read the posts by your alter ego Kersey, it still brings tears to my eyes from laughing so hard, especially so, when you are bragging about yourself, not to mention misspelling the exact same words.

If Calling someone a cheap Charlie isn't an offense, that's far from a compliment. TSH is a local so I'd pay a little more attention to what he says as far as pricing. Some people like the out all services, TSH obviously has had bad experiences using them. And it hasn't been about the pricing and more about the quality of service. I just got back from PV and hung out with TSH as I have in the past because I'm not looking at paying US prices for girls. Especially if I haven't seen the girl face to face and don't know her personality. We ended up going out to a few local clubs including Antorchas and met two girls. We could have payed 100 bucks plus tip for a half hour, but instead we invited them for a game of pool and chatted it up and seeing that we had a connection we invited them out for dinner later in evening (we payed for our drinks and the girls and tipped, TSH is clearly a good customer as everyone is always happy to see him including the manager / waiter). We had a great time and the girl I was with was ready to go to a hotel for some fun. Not once was I asked for a specific amount, I gave her what I thought was fair, just over 1000 pesos and she was happy as she'd had a great night. It's not about being cheap, it's about taking the time to meet a girl and knowing what your going to get vs paying a large amount without seeing the girl or knowing what she's like. I have no problem paying for a girl as long as she's worth it, that's just my point of view and I think TSH's as well.

If I recall I got that 20 percent tip information from reading a forum on Puerto Vallarta called pvscene. So you are a generous tipper or a cheap charlie? My comment about the outcall services was based on the fact you might be a cheap charlie type, who does not want to pay the prices of what some of the escort places that others mentioned on here. I was not trying to offend you. As you know I will be in Puerto Vallarta on the 28th of this month, hopefully having the opportunity to meet up with you, and I am getting pretty excited for my vacation, so I am trying to plan some things. With my work I only get one weeks vacation a year, so it is big deal for me. I also asked you in my previous message what is your favorite bar in Puerto Vallarta to go to to pick up girls, favorite bar to go to just to hangout and have fun, and the same goes for restaurants of fine dining? I am hoping that I can meet a girl who I can take out to eat, and then go clubbing.
