I'd say a good percentage have in-room safes.

But I did stay at a reputable hotel in Luohu (forgot the name) which was pretty ok but the safe was next to the reception area of the lobby. Kinda like in a bank where you are in a room and put your stuff in a metal box and then they take the box and lock it up. Then give you a key. Point is, you'd need the staff to open and get your box every time you want to get something out of the safe. Pain in the ass.

All Hotels in shenzhen is very safe. This does not mean you leave hundreds of RMB on the table. As for laptop and cameras and things very safe.

I will be in Shenzhen next month and after reading the reports about the sauna at the lotus hotel in Luohu I am planning on staying there as well. Just one question I had is do they have in room safes? I will be bringing some electronics so prefer to stay in a hotel with the in room safes.

Few days ago, my last day before I went back to the States, I tried to do my last hunt on BBBJ/CBJ.

Last week I was in SheKou again on route to Shanghai and I escaped my local agent for visits to happy street near Ferry Termnal.

All the bar-girl shops on Gong Ye First street are closed now and they will not reopen.

However there are many bar-girl shops "buy me one dreenk" shops in the nearby street behind HaiTao hotel alon parallel with TaiZi Street.

Also, can you please specify which FS facilities offered such admirable service (and how I might find them)?
